Dual Pex Flex Insulated Pipe

What is it?

It is a pre-insulated pipe system complete with bonded polyurethane foam insulation and smooth polyethylene jacket. It is a seamless pipe system that is economical, simple to install, and highly effective, losing only 1 degree in a 100 foot span. It features both the supply and return pipes bundled together in one underground pipe.

Advantages

The low thermal conductivity of polyurethane foam delivers very high insulating performance, saving you fuel and furnace loading time, which allows for a smaller jacket size relative to other insulating materials.
Anti-Corrosion: The entire system is made of plastic, which means there is nothing to corrode over time.
It is made with cross linked polyurethane with EVOH coating which prevents oxygen from penetrating the pipe wall and entering the heating system.
Quick and easy to install without solvent welding, special tools, or heavy equipment, resulting in lower installation costs.
PEX Flex can be buried shallow even in high water table areas.
The flexibility of the pipe often eliminates the need for joints, elbows, and fittings.
